When you say it drops two loots... is that counting the bazu stone? We've only done Shrya and she has dropped two loots plus a stone every time and I'm wondering if this is the same.

Now doable with 42.

tank avatar in zi room on the right, position healers in right corner of zi room, tank council members in room to the right in heal range but keeping healers out of silence range and los. dps the avatar down 10% to spawn a council member, once one spawns all dps on the council in the other room, have mt use a shield at this point and only st and mt and rt dps the avatar down, if he is dpsed down another 10% the next council spawns, so make sure you dont dps him down to much until the last council is dead, when council member is dead, mt reequip agro weapons and dps the avatar down again enuf to spawn the next council, repeat this 9 times to win,,, need a ch chain on mt, and tons of heals for add tank the adds hit for 2-4k , the avatar 2-6k

This is a 36 max raid that requires heavy healing and only drops two loots. I won't go into the details of the fight, but it's very simple to be honest, and would not really require much need of explaining even if I did!

Avatar does a lot of dps, so tread carefully.
