There are 6 waves of 16 each. The odd number waves contain the clerics, which make those waves the hardest.
Nagafen Monster Quest

Hail the weary traveler to start the "Protecting Nagafen" monster mission in DoDH. This brings up a window allowing you to choose which character in the mission you want to be. One person MUST be Nagafen while the others can be healers, King Tranix, Magus Roxyl or other notable fire giant protectors of Nagafen.

When everyone has chosen a monster, say to the weary traveller, "imagine" which ports you into the mission. Once inside, you assign AA points to your available AAs which depend on the class of the monster you are controlling. I played a fire giant healer and obviously maxed out things like mana pres and improved healing. Agility probably isnt a bad choice either since most of the damage you take will be thru melee.

You must keep Nagafen alive thru 4 waves of 20-30 raiders and kill 96 raiders. If Naggy dies the mission is over. If anyone else dies, they are rezzed in an adjoining room with partial hps and mana but can return to the fight. Each wave gets progressively more difficult.

Healers get the following spells:
Cure Poison (cures tash)
Cure Disease (cures slow)
Remove Curse (didnt find a use for it)
Superior Healing (quick heal but doesnt cure many hps)
Complete Healing (used VERY often)
Smoke Bomb (obscures target?)
Sleep (nice crowd control spell but seems to break easily)

Key to this is getting the clerics out of the way of the initial charge and debuffing by positioning them off to the sides of Naggy and working on enchanters and clerics first. Also good to have good communication so you know when someone is debuffed and can cure those debuffs. Naggy fears are also very useful for thinning out the raid a bit. Its great to see this raid from the other side. Naggy doesn't have it easy :D
