Just a tip: these quests are given also if you're way over the level and they're extremely easy to do then (duh!). Some of them fill some holes for which defiant gear is hard to find or non-existent, so they're great when you're bored and don't feel like scouting the baz for your new twink.

I was given the blackburrow quest, but delayed it to do something else. I found it no longer in my log, and he wouldn't give me any quests at my "current level". Would he offer it to me again once I level up? I am a newbie enchanter level 11-ish, and wanted to do the craft-keeper armor quests in erudin.

Same situation is in effect here for all short toons, (Haflings, Dwarves, and Gnomes). To get the third part of this task to update stand behind the big rock in the mouth of the canyon going to the lavastorm zoneline and again jump. The co-ordinates I used are 2703, 638.

There are seven quests that can be done from levels 10 to 20.
At some levels Castlen will not respond to hails, you need to gain another level or more.

From Qeynos go to Blackburrow entrance and explore.
Kill ten Gnoll Guardsmen.
Go to Everfrost Peaks, explore entrance (I had to zone and re-zone several times to get this task to complete)

Kill five Dune Tarantulas.
Kill five Sand Scorpions.
Kill five Giant Rattlesnakes.
Loot one giant scarab egg sack.

Explore High Pass Zone in from Kitchor Forest. (Check time, only travel here in day time.)
Kill three Gnolls (any).
Kill three Orcs (any).

In Halas, go to secret entrance to Permafrost avoiding the Ice Giants.
Kill fifteen Ice Goblins.
Loot one Permafost Crystal.

to receive reward.

I created a new charachter a ranger to do these quests (needed a tracker to stick in Kedge) and the target mobs conned dark blue to white doing these quests at the level Castlien would respond to me.
