min hit 126, max 302(?)
This guy was way gimp. Straight solo'd 70 pal 13k, 2.6k. Weak melee, just use self HoT and dps him down. Couldnt find him at 1st, so trained the castle on meself and was still a gimp, with 10+ greenie friends tryin to help him.

Main is a 70 Paladin self buffs to 9946 hp and 1972 ac. I have 250 aas including VU3 and all PoP defensives. My gear is mostly Omens with some old pop and velious, perhaps one piece of DoDh.
I was clearing the Berserker spawns solo because I didnt plan on him popping right away. I box a 70 Cleric and 67 Enchanter if needed.
I had no doubts I could box him down with either of the others with my Paladin, but wasnt sure the paladin could take him solo.
Somehow I got behind in my clearing and while I was cleaning out the room spawn, he popped on me.
I immediately started in on him and let my self DS (8th Coldain ring and +ds gave me a self DS of 20) continue on the add.
The fight took all of about 3-5 minutes. I called in support but she never got her mage on in time to help me.
VU3 critted for a total of about 35k damage and my dps did the other 5k for a total of around 40k.
I used 2 blast heals, pious hot 3 times, and one potion hot for healing when a second add popped in unexpectedly. I probably didnt need to waste the potion, but better safe than sorry.
Fabled SB was hitting me for 400 to 600 a pop unslowed. The pally pious hot does around 550 a tick. The only buffs I had on were my self AoTCrusader, BBB, self proc, coldain ds, and Convic. No shammy love, no Chanter love. Oh yes, I fought through the enrage. I never stopped hitting him.
Paladins, get your VU3 and defensives and go rock some undead.

Anyone seen him this year? been camping this spot for 3 days now and nothing yet. Killed about 10 Zerker skellies but no fabled.

Took down today two boxing 70 Paladin and 70 Druid. Fight was no problem.
Info: He IS undead, so direct damage undead spells will work , as will Slay Undead. Immune to root/snare. Everything else I tried landed on him. Enrages at 10 percent health.
Max hit was for 654 (while enraged) vs. my 1637 AC Paladin.
Dropped Fabled Band of Eternal Flame, as well as Jarsath Scale Chestplate.
Forgot to take a screenshot while he was still standing. He looks just like the other di'zok skeletons in the zone. Placeholders are any of the spawns in the courtyard (or the attached side rooms) at location 104, -420.
