This version of "Laskuth the Colossus" spawns in the special Rogue Epic instanced raid. See this entry for the regular spawned version. (Note that the two are identical, except for loot.)
Spawns a chest with additional loot after a rogue at the right point in the epic 2.0 loots Miragul's Journal -- Page 191, Miragul's Journal -- Page 203, and Adventurer's Diary.

For part 3) Kill 4 "a chromatic bonewalker"s at the right moment
You need to kill each skeleton till it turns into its red-colored model (there are white, grey, black and red skel forms)
Once each of 4 skels are "red" colored, reduce them to 1% hps. The red form has very few hps so be careful doing so!
Once they are all reduced in hps, have one person get aggro on them and drag them around so they are "stacked up" ie - very close to each other.
Then you can have someone AE them so they all die at the same time for the win.

One of the fights of the rogue epic uses the setting for a LDoN raid in Miragul's. The expedition itself works just like an OoW expedition though, so you can add players. The exact name of the map is "Miragul's Menagerie: Frozen Nightmare".
The whole raid encounter consists of 6 tasks in various parts of the map:
1) Search for and kill the goblin leaders as they send their armies against you
2) Kill a giant "a sundering sludge" which will split into 4 "a severing sludge". These will split into 4 "a slippery sludge" each
3) Kill 4 "a chromatic bonewalker"s at the right moment
4) Kill "Marrow the Broken"
5) Protect the corpse of Sharalla against scavengers
6) And finally : Kill Laskuth the Colossus
The final fight itself is not too hard... Laskuth uses Crystal Shield and Ice Rain, hit our tanks for a max of 2280, average 1250. He's got about 650k HPs. Killing him lowers your faction with the "Lost Minions of Miragul".
He drops Miragul's Journal -- Page 203, Miragul's Journal -- Page 191 and an "Adventurer's Diary" (Two of them on Lucy =/).
A rogue looting the pieces spawns a chest which contained the usual pieces from the epic 2.0 loot tables for us, I think two of the pieces we got were the Chaos-Imbued Leather Tunic and the Chipped Talisman of Peace.
