he is EXACTLY the same as the drolvarg warlord in Karnor's if you've ever done that fight.

Pretty much identical to The Fabled Froglok Commander.

Level 70, hits for a max of 1408, and hits very fast. Mitigates slow.

Top hit on a 70 ranger 430 aa was over 1500 amd basically doubled for that; both clerics went oom during the fight, so there may be some mana drain going on.
