I parsed the fight today, my wizzy did about 66k to him. Maybe he regened some HPs during fight though.
Found at the bottom of the pit trap in North Wing.

I Soloed this mob with my 61 Ranger just pulled him to pit area and bow kited him used HoT pot's for healing when needed Of course the few mobs in pit aggroed also but that didnt really matter since i was on the move entire fight lol. Dropped the fabled sword and reg one also.

Average fight. Killed with a 66 Mage and 62 Cleric. Was completly oom after fight though, also dropped the normal Obtenebrate Short Sword and was in North Wing.
Dropped Vile Long Sword of Krissuz, Rune of Frost and what's listed. Roams around down in the pit.
