Chain spammed freeze on me for about 20 minutes before I just gave up, near as I can tell it's all he does.

Dropped Ghostly leggings of terror and the 3 quest books

Dropped normal and fabled version. Also dropped 'Historic Article', 'Crusades of the High Scale', and 'Head Housekeeper's Log'. Took a few min with 75 Clr with merc and 68 rng.

was in CoM just after a Jade reaver for a guildie... and started smackin the Reavers.. and suddnely Fabeld Ghiosk popped... and before i knew it he FREZED me... i hadn't checked mobs at all to see if any in zone could be fabeld.. but he was Green to my 77 cleric..
but every time i woke from the ICE slumber i just recasted it so fast i couldnt do any dps on him..
tried 3 stuns... and resisted all.. then a guildie ( thanks SINUVAN) suggested in pure Bewilderment i guess if i had tried with the pet hammer.. so next time Ice broke. i memmed hammer and sendt him off.. Xabeker has never been more USefull.. for some reason Ghiosk kept waking me after each FREEZE he tossed on me... some interuption thing from Pet hammer mayby...
rest is history.. Greenie down.. dropped fabeld Throneblade of Ykesha... fun item.. to bad nobody was Bothered to come fast enough for it..

I had alot of trouble at first, but i brought my brothers warrior along to pick up the sword, hes only lvl 56. Eventually, i figured out that i could just duel my brothers warrior, and have him swinging at me constantly after i engaged the fabled mob, so whenever i was mezzed, he would automatically break it.

Was in CoM on my cleric with a rather nice group. Went into the building, and this guy was dead. On his corpse, we found the three books the regular Lord drops. Since there was no shammy, I looted the books. I haven't read them yet.
OK, after a few failed attempts, my friends and I finally took him down.
Group:
70 Necro - 130 AA's
66 Rogue - 6 AA's
61 Paladin - 19 AA's
57 Shaman - 0 AA's
We cleared all the trash on the bridge and trash near him across the bridge. Then, the paladin charged in spamming stuns and whatever else he does to get aggro. We had the rogue IMMEDIATELY get on the aggro list so that when the paladin got "frozen," the rogue would transfer to the next target. The shaman spammed heals on whoever had aggro while the necro stacked tons of DOTs and feigned to clear aggro. Shaman+Necro pets added in on DPS.
For time reference, the paladin's freeze wore off just as it died, which was about 2 minutes into the fight.
Hits for: 500-700
Casts: AE Blind that lasts 12 seconds
Casts: Freeze that lasts 2 minutes, stuns/mezzes
Enrages at 10%

Tried to fight this guy on the Drinal server 4/8/06 starting @ approx 7:30pm pacific time. The 'fight' lasted an hour, he didnt die nor did he kill me. I had to have a druid come and exodus me out. The real problem wasnt the blinding or the mez, although it was very annoying. the problem was everytime hed cast a spell his hps would go to 100% no matter how much dmg he had taken. Total BS. Submitted it as a /bug. Would be interested if this has happened to anyone else.
EDIT: Ok, I've now killed this mob 5 times. The CHing he does isnt a bug nessesarily. What happens is if you're stunned or mezed for longer than a few seconds (less than a tick) AND nobody else is on the hate list, he will regen instantly to 100%. This is most likely to prevent some kind of exploit, I'm really not sure, but it makes this guy all but impossible to solo unless your a pet class.
So how do you beat him? It's really quite simple. you will need at least 2 people unless your a pet class as mentioned. At least one of you needs to be a class with a DoT. Just before you engage this guy, duel each other. Find a dot that does low damage with a relitivly high duration, such as immolation, stinging swarm, or heat blood. Make sure the the MT is dotted thruout the fight, this will break mez and prevent ghiosk from going to 100% so long as there is another person on his hate list who is not mezed. It is also advisable to have the 2nd on his hate list doted, as there is a chance he can mez both of you before your DoT 'ticks'.
One other thing, his blind can last a long time so it's advisable that you pop a HoT pot whenever he is low health, because you might be blind thru his enrage. Also, if your a class with DDs, you might want to have them on hotkey for this fight, as they will be easier to cast when you are blind.

First time, had all three toons frozen, lost patience, had druid in zone evac me and my three toons.
Second time, just sent warrior in to get agro, only cast Heal over Times on him. Warrior would get frozen, then awakened, frozen then awakened. Mob never let warrior sit through out an entire mez cycle. Easy fight once agro was managed properly.

This guy is a push over.... then again he's a pain in the ass, Tried him first time with 68shm 63cleric and a 66 war, Hit weak and is just a wuss, untill you get blinded and then you get his Freeze spell (you don't move for 2mins max)on you argoed the shammy and took him down then went for the cleric, she gated and he left me alone free to leave zone. Second time that night we took a 66sk friend of mine and we took him out NP when i got froze he took argo and vis versa. Stupid us were looking for the other fabled heh so i ended up with a really really slow sword lol. BTW both tanks had over 1500 ac and 8k hps... way to much for this guy, And shammy did get him slowed around 80%

Just killed him twice int he span of 10 minutes. He also dorps the normal version of the Thornblade and 3 books(assuming Shaman epic)

Was not successful slowing, but didn't get an immune message. Was very resistant to Magic-based spells (Cripple, etc). Disease-based slow didn't work either.

Took Poison DoT's well after Malo'd

I tanked this guy twice for a small 10 person raid there mostly to get a jade reaver for someone's epic or something. First off, only the black reaver in the first room of the castle will spawn this guy on death. Both times we killed that lone reaver he was the next pop, so he is pretty easy to spawn. He doesn't hit too hard, I think his best was 600 on me. The real problem is his AOE blind, which lasts long enough that I spent 90% of the fight with no idea whats going on.
We found the best trick to him is to use alot of pets, since after being blinded he usualy gets pushed out of range and being unable to attack him kinda makes it hard to keep aggro. Really a simple encounter though, just pile on the ranged dps and use a bunch of pets. Dropped the Fabled throneblade, a regular throneblade, and 3 books that are probably for some sort of quest.

He definitely is level 60, white to me at that level. Nasty guy, landed 2 minute duration stuns, casts blindness, hits for up to 650.
