Soloed him as a 75 wiz with instant nukes...he's a mean little froggy though. Resisted his curse thingy.

A friend and I duoed this guy. I'm a 67 enchanter and he's a 67 druid. The druid DoTed and healed, while I slowed, and tanked. My pet also provided some DPS. I am using a wand of turmoil so I proced a multitude of 784 DDs on him. With conviction for both of us, we barely won with almost no mana. The snare was very annoying.

The slow/snare is called Kaggy's Curse, and although I haven't taken the mob out yet, the spell doesn't LOOK all that nasty, but I could see how anoying it would be if he spams it. I'll update when I kill him. It only has 9 poison counters, so a single cast of virtually any 40+ anti-poison spell should clean it up.

Edit: The Snare/Slow is only annoying. As a mage, my lowest level pet heal strips it in a single cast. He does spam cast it, but that's kind of irrelevant to me as a mage, as I spent a fair deal of the fight healing my pet with my big heal. This guy is no slouch. He seemed to mitigate spell damage a lot - he only outright resisted my first Malosinise, but he did not seem to be taking full damage from many of my fire nukes.

Used roughly half my mana bar, pet lay of hands, swarm pets, drake pet. He enrages at 10% like most of the fabled mobs I've seen this year. He never tried to run, but seemed to hit my pet reasonably hard and/or fast, and has a fair deal of HP. Use caution, but he should be easily doable by a balanced group in their 60s.

The only real problem I had was getting him to spawn. Nothing ever popped at his location (which is accurately described on a few posts as being roughly -780, -1280, which is upstairs in the Froglok city, on the northernmost section, west side) except him for the six and a half hours I sat there. I got very discouraged, switched to my ranger for tracking (already in the same zone) and found him within 3 seconds.

Summons

The snare (Kaggy's curse) is very annoying. It is checked at poison -300 so most people are not going to resist it. I pulled it to Ulump spot with my wizard and she got hit with the snare immediately, she got back to the camp with 2% hp so died very soon after.

Kiting it would be difficult due to the snare, but more importantly due to the fact that it summons.

It can be "mostly slowed". 55 Shaman landed Turgurs first time after tash from a 55 enchanter (the quested tash spell). Didn't seem to resist much, ebolt went in no problem without malosi, fire nukes landed fine. Tanked with 65 warrior, 7.7k/1530ac buffed, hit 200-500ish, maybe a little higher, didn't need fast heals, CH every 30 seconds or so during stonewall left a large safety margin, had to do them a little more frequently when disc wore off but still very comfortable.

67 bardy and 65 druid (me) duo'd him. Had 600ish hits and proc'd a snare in fight...at first we tried to kite him, but it was annoying with snare lol. Eventually bardy decided it was better to just tank it. Snare could be dispelled by RC2, and beats me if RC1 will work, but it might.
