He is at ground level in Everhot Forge. Use the door right of the bottom of the stairs.
The forge is on the map, but nobody inside is on find.

This is a paladin quest? Three people of good alignment want to build a bridge and you go and kill them? That sounds more like a shadowknight quest to me. I don't think I'll be doing this one.

If a person is inclined to kill Trantor, you will recieve the following faction hits:
Your faction standing with StormGuard got worse
Your faction standing with KazonStormhammer got worse
Your faction standing with MinersGuild249 got worse
Your faction standing with MerchantsofKaladim got worse

This I know because I completed The Bridge quest for the Deep Six Cutlass.

This guy is one of 3 you are supposed to kill for the PALADIN QUEST for the Deep Six Cutlass. The quest is given by an Erudite, but does not say it is for evil or Erudites only, NOR does the weapon. The 3 you have to kill are in the 30's levels and spread out all over the place; but the real big question here is: WHY DO YOU TAKE SUCH BAD FACTION HITS IF YOU DO THIS QUEST?????????????????
