I have only been to the Mines once so far but I did not see this Fabled. We did see the Fabled Overseer Puckrib and the Fabled Taskmaster Huflam.

Yep. Killed him on 4/6/6. took about 7 or 8 pops.

What did you do to spawn this guy? Camped him for a number of hours and saw neither the normal or Fabled version.
