Found this guy today near the zone in to field of bone, so he doesn't just spawn at the fort.

He conned dark blue to my level 37 SK today.

Put him down today.. he dropped the fabled ER of course.. had 3975 hps. He spawned in the middle of the second clear (3 regular spawned before him with no ER drops). Total time was about 20 mins.. basically the time for repops.

they nerfed overall named spawn while increasing spawn rate of regular trash.
send feedback to untune this. they made camping even worse which i though was impossible. Itsa obvious that the game designers dont play this game.

soloed this guy with my 31 necro not too hard fight had temp on me was all
dark wont make him slower but with a sow i run em out easy boil blood vampiric curse and heat blood maybe recasted 3 times and he was gone pet was nt here until he was at like 15 % cause it took care of adds hehe
´He is right behind the bridge when you enter the goblin fort

I had my Ranga out collecting for the 6th anniversary quest and ran into this guy while looking for witch dolls. He conned blue at 45 so I decided what the hell. Took him down without much fight had to pop a health pot or two but at the end he was dead and I was at 72%. He dropped the fabled earing and the gloves. Then I turned around and he had spawned again. Just as I was shaking off the deja-vu he attacked me...this one was a bit closer but with the same result. Again dropped the gloves and a fabled earring. By then I was at 23% health and decided it was a good time to call it a night. Love the fabled ones..

I wanted the earring for an alt so I went and camped him.
Popped 2 fabled, 1 regular and 2 pit fighter dob in about one hour of clearing the fort.
First time he dropped gloves and fabled earring. Second time he dropped totem, fabled earring, gloves and words of spirit.

Easy for a 45ish druid to kill. Takes some time though. DoT to pull, lev over water, kite, etc, heal up, as it takes him several seconds to come over the water.
ah this was fun. I heard about this fabled guy so i went on my SK got him 2 earring. It was crazy like 20 people tryin to get him lol. Somone told me he was only lvl 35ish tho. So i took my 35 monk there to get him an earring and there was somoen else there so we grouped up. we were both like lvl 35ish so we figured thisll be cake. wrong. we found him popping so we attaked. a few seconds the other guy is dead and im alone killing him. LUCKILY a nice paladin was there to heal me and rez the other guy. Got my earring and got a nice story outa it. Fabled make EQ sooooo much fun.

He spawns at the goblin camp in warsilks woods, i killed him 4 times myself, one time he was up as well as the non-fabled Him. He is green to a 66 wiz, can be taken out in 1 crit cast from strike of soluesk, or 1 sos and 1 spark of fire.. very easy...

I Stomped that crap out of him. I am a twinked a little. A little over 3.5K HP self buffed and Ved. He ain't that hard and hit me for in the low 20's up to 122

has about 4 k HP (according to yalp), hits max (70 warrior with 1.9 k AC) for 48. "might" be a tad more more when less AC ;)
This guy conned blue to a 45 ranja. He still beat me severely about the head and shoulders, until I trained him on to some other folks who were HAPPY to have him. Probably could have killed him if I had had Temp or Aegolism up.. I was losing health too fast. He is immune to snare/root, so ranja kite doesn't work real well.
