"High amiable" = I needed 400 faction to get T3 quests.

Can get the following raids with "kindly" faction and have completed first 2 encounters if Tier 4 DoN. Most of these appear to NOT be related to DoN progression.

"Fanning the Flames" - Tirranun
"Kessdona's Perch" - Kessdona
"Reflections of Silver" - Rikkuikin
"An End to the Storms" - Yar'Lir DoN Tier 4
