if you kill this guy he drops like everything he drops 5 dwarven wires and a zraxthils forged sword or mace hes easy to kill also

last time i saw him he was right outside the tunnel from the big room with the bank and the zone to the other kaladim note: not the tunnel to pally and cleric guild
