these scrolls are used to for a raid quest in stillmoon temple. you hand them into the keeper of wisdom in the library.

also be careful on this if you do decide to do it - it spawns a HUGE stone guy (an animated guardian) - cons dark blue to a lvl 75 bstlord. He summons and AE's FD. Is rather nasty.
