can be snared and rooted but unfortunantly it summons... hits up to 394 on lvl 70 ranger with about 1600 ac

Max hit 469. Slowable "partially". Pain-in-the butt cleric mob.

Spawned at (0, -1100) in regular Lavaspinner's (non instanced) -- the first drake spawn point in the northern tunnel, but he wanders from there.
