Here's what I found these little freaks do;

Double hit for 300.
Had to fend off 2 of them as they agro from a bloody long way.
Cast as a Shaman for their level & resist and break root regularly.

And this is from a 65 ranger bazaar geared with pots.

P.S no they did not summon

Dropped consigned bite of the shissar IX (9)

I'm only just now exploring DoN Progression on the evil side.

These guys are:
Resistant to stun
Speedy (Faster than RS3)
Have a fire-based DS
Of average resist to Fire and Disease (tend to resist NEC/SHD snare)
Hit for max of 219 (average hit is somewhat less, guessing about 120)
They will RUN when low on hp, so I would say that some sort of snare is essential.

These guys seem to come in a variety of classes. I have seen nukers, healers, backstabbers, etc.

Also Drops Scale Ore

Acoording to EQ Traders, Scale ore drops off this mob. Scale ore is used for jewelcraft. While it makes some decent items, it's also a cheap alternative to skilling up on plat and velium (202 - 310)

Was killing in here solo for quests. This guy dropped a FT2 belt called Sash of the Way. Sorry, no screen. It is no drop. I'll see if I can find it somewhere and link it....
