Blackscale Cape
Burnt Woven BraceletThis one is part of the more northern group of Shadowed Men. They're found on top of one of the steep Lavastorm hills at the above coordinates (pos 1900, neg 1300) and can be a bit of a pain to get to without levitate.
The Shadowed Men named mobs are more easily killed than the other named in Lavastorm. Maybe it's just me, but they seem to drop relatively quick.

Spawned in Lavastorm Mountains today, LOC pos 1900, neg 1300 along with the other shadowmen. He showed only his name.
By the way he dropped the Blackscale Cape.
