1) The mobs name is A tidal monstrosity not Tidal Monstrosity. There's not a capital "T" or "M". The only capital is the letter "A".
2) I've only seen Swiftwind Necklace drop from Windspirit Glorn and not A tidal monstrosity. It still could drop from A tidal monstrosity however I've yet to see it.
3) Just got this item this morning from A tidal monstrosity:
