As a level 3 shaman (untwinked) this was a fun fight.

a "ball of pulpy fungus" (listed on the loot table) is mentioned in the Troll shaman newb armor quest by the quest giver.

I will try to remember to update if/when I get the drop and the quest done.

The pally and Warrior quest where u need to get the fungal remains for someone: I gt the fungal remains and all, but I don't know who to ive em to by the time I got em. If yu can tell me it'd hlp a lot.

The loot on these Fungus men is Sarcoscypha Fungus which is required for making FP armour dyes, specifically "berry red" colour. They are stackable and shouldn't be hard to sell, especially in the tunnel to those characters now making FP, like me :)

ok today i was going to grobb and i saw 2 ofthhese idiodic lookin thins they were both cherry red to me ok i get attacked by them i run to the guards and guess what i lost them and never found them again those things give me the creeps.

Does anyone know where I might find or possibly loot a fungus dung or fungus dung pie (read on once you stop laughing)? Sounds strange but there is a quest for it. Ah well, help me out if you can.

Ye have te kill the little ones. The spores. And get the mushrooms they drop. then give em to Caver Garek. yee have te have 4 of em.

Today i was wandering around and was attacked by a froglock and one of these (he was yellow and the frog white). I took out the frog pretty quick then turned to the shroom and he had a scim... his attack animation looked like he was trying to STAB me with it... he never hit me for more than 2 damage, heh. Real nice experience. Weapons are a plus.

Huh, real nice experience eh. They've seemed pretty crappy exp in my, um, exp, but then again they've not had weapons and as far as I can remember they were all even con. Ah well us trolls are slow learners =[
