Occaisonally he will give you a letter about Dorn B'Dynn rather then Zimbittle.

he's part of an ogre SK quest. They go into grobb, get something from one of the froglok prisoners, and give it to grikk to take back. Then they gotta kill Zimbittle. He doesn't drop anything impressive.
