I was slowing these during the AMV event, and they were fully slowable, but also an emote came 3 or 4 seconds after there were slowed...
the monster slows more as the magic afflicts him, or something along those lines...
dont know what it was just letting you know they are fully slowable.... which is nice.

Rabbitlin.. someone was hit harder than that.. I was hit for 90100 and someone else for 101329, but yes.. Ouch is right
