Frost ShardJust slaughtered him pretty easily. Just root/rotted him and had no probs. Well at the last 20% i got a little silly with him to see how hard he hit, but none the less I won he lost. Did this at level 73. Good luck to the rest of you :)

i foudn the guy, rooted him snared him and started casting dots on him, got him to about 70% before the root broke at which pint he warped on top of me and beat me down to about 50%, tried to kite away from him so i could reroot but he warped on top of me again and a few seconds later killed me. tried a second time a day later and he warped again at which point i hit exo. has anyone else had this warping problem?

I'v Been camping this guy for 2 weeks now, and yet to have him pop, must be on a long timer, can anyone confirm?

Anyone know if he's on a timer to pop, or if he pops when a Druid at that point zones in? I got to the Aneuk camp, started trackin him down, them he poofed on me. Any info?
Is this MQable and if so how much should I charge?

I don't believe it is MQ'able and in any case it's pretty trivial for any druid who's gotten this far on this quest to solo him, so it wouldn't go for much even if you could.
Anyone know the spawn timer on this guy?
I tangled with him twice, both times ended up dead because he resisted snare every time. Finally got snare to land on final cast before 2nd death. I get rezzed, get crack, race back and hes gone (no one in zone claimed to have killed him, so I'm guessing he de-pops after awhile, 30 minutes at most).
If you have a chanter friend, bring him along for a token Tash so snare sticks one the first try.

I get rezzed, get crack, race back and hes gone (no one in zone claimed to have killed him, so I'm guessing he de-pops after awhile, 30 minutes at most).

Tracked it down strolling along a ledge at +400, -1200, +375
Only mob on that ledge, snareable, did not summon, hit for around 400 to 800.
Was an easy solo kite.
