easy fight at level 70 with tank mercenaire , only used 40% of mana

Just solo'd this guy with my 80 druid. Had 12.2K HP's and 13.9K mana, 2091 AC. All gear can be bought in bazaar so no uber raid gear. Max hit was 719 on me with only 6 ranks in defensive AA's. Had to use Convergence of Spirit AA and 2 fast heals was all. Used Fernspur RKII and Scales of the Reptile and a couple DoT's. He went down in little over 1 minute.
Was expecting him to wipe the floor with me as I can't take a hit from a large rat normally. Must have caught him on a bad day. :)

Pretty much solo'd him for a guildie today, max hit on 3600 ac 100 avoidance 35% shielding was 587, ward of tunare , eulogy, and hot was all I needed for heals.

with a friend - i aggro'd it - so - , by the time i got rez and returned - it was there - still- but would you believe ... despawned

Keep wandering around further west of the locs given if you want to get this guy to spawn. Just killed him last night, 1/16/2006.

Has this guy got a ph you need to kill to get him to spawn spend 1hr in ds and no sign of him.

he is on a timer
but depending on where you are in the zone
he wont even show up ( you can track this mob )
i had to go up by the bloodfield ZL then down to the bunch of pillars
be careful tho couple named SI over there
again no ph just a timer ( random times in the day he just spawns

He spawned when I got close to the spot mentioned below (-890 +1067)

does anyone know if there is some sort of timer before mob can be spawned again? i'm running all over and the area it says but can't get him to spawn. i'm lost =(

On a SK with 3200 ac, max hit was 667 , he single rampages, Immune to stuns and partialy slowable (75%) after malo.
Allso has the same kinda proc as any other nocs, Called "Chaos Claws"
He drops Wind Shard for druid epic 2.0
