Don't bother camping these for the Cracked Magnetized Bracer. They simply do not drop the item. Maybe at one point they did but now they don't.
found one near the bloodfields zl that was green to 67.

Was in Dranik's Scar two days ago and all the Dragorn Peons and Commoners conned light blue to my level 55 pally. That means low-end level is likely 40.
Dropped Stone of Marking
While camping the named noc at the zone out to NC, a peon dropped a Dragorn Tongue. No classes or races, just screaming vendor trash. Looked up all over the web and have not found anything on it. I know some other OoW tongues are quested, but there is no info on this one.
As for the other items it dropped.... this was by far the richest dragorn I have ever seen in DS. It dropped the tongue, gauntlets, starflow stone, dragorn wingbones, and a fire emerald. When I seen all that on one kill my eye's nearly popped out. I have never once seen any OoW mob drop so much. I was very happy with that kill to say the least =)
