Found him to the east just before the shore line bends to the north. estimated location is Pos 3900 and Neg 2700. You will have to go in the water after him. Just swim around the cove he will find you. Good Luck Pally Brothers and Sisters
I fished right near this loc and I can confirm he popped around there.. F8 Targetting is your friend here.

Anyone have any info on exact location. I get the spawn message all along the shore, but have not seen him.
