Agree with Sonicmurphy: Took awhile to get this guy to spawn, and once I got in aggro range, he just started swimming west. Was able to catch and kill him, but just be ready for that.
this dark fish scale took roughly 30min to fish for .. then once corrupted spawned i had to go chase him down the /loc i was fishing at was -178 -632 .. i had to jump in water to find him then once i did he was swimming away from me i had to chase the lil bugger.. so far this has been the longest and hardest one to fish ..
- Took 25 minutes to make him spawn, thanks Chris Cornell for keeping me company.
- Mob fled at 95% health and was out of range immediately. I had no tracker with me, so I Invented the Paladin Underwater Tracker: Swim around an cast the longest range spell you have repeatedly (you still have the fish targeted, don't you?!). Preferably a fast stun. Once the 'out of range' messages stop, stun & nuke it to death. This gives you 30 minutes time to search the corpse from a fairly small area with no risk of despawn.
- Type /loc to get the center point of your search area, swim to the surface, look down. The mob should be easy to find since it's name is shining brightly in the dark water.

Some things I have found out while trying to do these fish:
1. Im pretty sure the trivial listed is incorrect...I didnt get a single one of them until my fishing was over 150
2. Levitation helps. Honest.
3. As soon as you get the emote, drop into the water and start using your F8 key to target the nearest mob, when you get him in your target window, swim in that direction until you can see him, he may be a bit far from the shore. I couldnt root him btw, but it did get his attention and he swam towards me so I could hit him with my bow, and the rogue merc killed him fast.

I fished on a piece of debris sticking out of the water, got the spawn after about 10min.
Talk about some MESSED UP warping. I caught him at his spawn point
SPAWN LOC: +147, -539, -100
Engaged mob, at about 85% he WARPED out in the middle of nowhere. If I wouldn't have had a tracker with me, I would've never found him, because he WAS NOT pursuing me. He ran at around 10% in which he appeared to be shadowstepping instead of running.. Gotta love messed up pathing.

I fished for him off the half sunken ship just off shore. When I got the message he was about to attack I swam back north with the rock wall to your left. Just as the wall breaks back to you left away from you there is a sunken upside down hull. He attacked me there. You will have to go after him once he prepares to attack you, but it is close the pos. 192 and pos. 78 as the previous pally stated. Good Luck.
OK.I head to gunthak to get this guy.I stand between the rock in the middle of the beach and the ship to the right.I got the message that i see him but he dont attack.this happens a few times so i log on my ranger and bring him out to where i am fishing.log the pally back on and fish.i get the message again and quickly log the ranger back on.click track and he is out in the middle of the water.i first tracked him at pos 132,neg 543.logged pally back on but he was swimming around by then.finally killed him at pos 192,pos 78.i did notice he was sitting at the pos 132,neg 543 loc for a while right after i got the message.long enough to log the ranger on and track him anyways.
Took 49 minutes for this one to spawn. Others seemed to pop within a minute or two.

sorry for the double blanks, but i zoned into gunthak and he was on the bridge by bank killing all the newbies so i aggrod him with snare and he didnt come so i went over and attacked him but he didnt hit back for some reason
so i killed him and called my pally brother to come loot it

Not sure how you're supposed to target this mob. I zoned into Gunthak and was spammed by "A Corrupted Koalindi swims toward you in a blood frenzy."
Tiring of the spam, I dove into the water just where the dock connects to the lighthouse isle to see if I could kill the mob and stop the spam. He was right on the wall beneath the bridge, but it was as though he was inside the wall because my pet could not attack, nor could I land any spells on it. Sometimes I received no message (no damage, no slow confirmation, nothing) and other times I received a message that I could not see my target.
He hit for 220, 419 and 504, the other hits were eaten by my rune.
Good luck to those trying to kill him. Wasn't my mob so I wasn't about to try to pull him out or anything just because. Some poor pally on my server might actually Want that mob. =p
