I hailed this mob a few days after the plane crashed into the World Trade Center. She said,"Welcome to Top of the World, the newest shop in the pass!" Top of the World was the name of the observation area in the trade towers. Was this here before Sept. 11? Is Verant showing a slight memorial to the awful day?
