Ring of Dark Deception Better have something to cure the dot he and the sneak have for you, or you'll watch yourself die after you kill him.
As you enter Harbringers, you turn right and run down that hall to the corner room just past Toiler Opanin spawn. there are four discordlings that spawn there; facing the room with Toiler Opaning spawn to your back, he spawns back right corner of the room; "a discordling sneak" spawns front left in the same room.
These two are usually over-looked, since the names start with "a discordling", yet they have some of the better drops here (void the annoying "Girplan's Tail").

Where does this guy spawn? i Got him as add at Guardsman Quilms room, fighting a few dragorns just outside room. Not sure if the stalker roamed by, or was pulled by a bard who was running around in there.
He didnt looked named either, so surprised me when i get chaotica and got smacked good. Was a hard fight 2 boxing 68 BST and 66 DRU, also had 2 dragorns and wasnt prepared for a named.
BTW, chaotica doesnt overwrite all manaregen buffs, seems it only removes clarity line, spiritual dominion, mask of the stalker and sttelok skin was still on.

This mob procs Chaotica, -100HP and -50Mana per tick, lasts an hour, overwrites ALL mana regen spells - Curse, so 3 remove curse, 1 greater remove curse, or 2 AA radiant cures are needed to cleanse it.
Toughest fighter I know on E-Marr will last 16 minutes without a cure... Being an enchie, I'm lucky if I last 5 minutes, let alone 3.. And that assumes only the proc is doing damage, so point is make sure you CAN cure it before fighting a mob who procs this.

Killed him today with a 70 chanter - 70 Warrior - 69 Shaman - 69 cleric
Was overkill - Hit 300ish - Targetable 5-10 sec stun (pain) - AE DoT (not sure on hp/tick) - and targetable DoT.
2 roamers near his spawn - kill both roamers - paci nearby mobs and single np.
