Spawned for us in firepits. group makeup was 66 bard, 65 SK, 65 SHM 64 CLR and 65 Pal. he popped for us in the last L shaped room at the very west end of the zone, in the south west corner, /loc was... -840, 5700.
he wasn't too tough, easily slowed. cast an AE, can't remember the name, it was a snare, lasted 1 min but didn't hurt too much. he went down with ease.
still looking for the Ukun Fleshrender... oh - and he dropped the epaulets for us.
EDIT AE is called "clinging apathy"

Confirming that he dropped a Muramite Rune, in addition to the Gleaming Bluestone Epaulets, on 12/6/2004.

Location on Firekeeper is correct and drops the assorted runes as well
