Jam this sucker in there, this was in pre-vamp Gloomingdeep, this thing is now as existant as platinum on one of my chars. Non-existant.

I believe Willowfang was replaced, or renamed, to Venomfang; never seen this one in the revamped tutorial. May want to put to rest in the mobs graveyard.

He was indeed removed from the original tutorial, and i believed he was renamed "Venomfang". He now wanders the spidercaves, mainly in the area with Spider Tamer Gugan

There are alot of nameds in Gloomingdeep...do most zones average this many or is it just this one because its the tutorial?

It really depends on what type of zone you are in how many named are there. Example you go to Greater Faydark and it is full of named, pretty much all of them citizens of Kelethin. Yet, you go to Crushbone and you will find only about 5 or 6 named and all are static spawn spots.
