Affiliated with the task Citadel Adventure, received as a 23 Druid, in Runnyeye. Just finished it. (But dang if I remember where i got it. Think it was in East Commonlands. Mental note: keep log on!)
Task is, talk to a female halfling in Misty Thicket, (hail will do). She sends you to explore the lower level of the maze in Runnyeye, (ran around some untill got message task has been updated). Then, kill 10 Picklaw Foechoppers, (brought in the 24 SK I have on another account). After that, hail Bessudra in Gorge.
Got 21% xp at level 24. (Good xp hunting down there, both my chars dinged).
