Hey there, I just finished up this quest tonight and wanted to post some mroe info on this guy, for those of you otu there who may have a hard time using Loc ( i suck at it) easy way to find him is to take the PoK portal to the arena, zone into lake rathetear run down to the waters edge and look to your right about 100ft out in the water there is a little sliver of grey rock looking island this fellow is standing on top of it. hope it helps =)

a fallen student is at the loc given, but Vortik also spawns at that loc. just have a seat. Vortik will despawn and a fallen student will spawn in his place.
