Saw him standing just North of PoD zone-in at loc -1000, -1360, p240. He was blue to 66

OK this guy is supposed to be in the North West corner of the zone however I can not seem to find him can anyone plz give a more detailed location or landmark referance plz

This mob also spawns in Nobles Causeway (yellow to lvl 70) up near Bonecracker pit. I'm told it's the final fight for warrior 2.0.
