did the event with bard invis on the side lines. Just used my 86 Mage 1k AA's all invested towards pet. went down easy grabbed bone with Bard and gated out

Depops if not killed in 3 minutes
Transforms into Vesthons Draconic Abomination when his health drops to around 15%.
Given Vesthon has 200khp, and has 3 minutes before he despawns, you will need a combined DPS of over 1111 to win the event.
Upon turning in the four bone pieces to Hsagra's Shade, three a lumbering zombie and Vesthon Marijakin spawn together, in front and slightly to Hsagra's Shade's left.

what is the drop off the mob, we got it dead but the body poofed while we killed the zombies..

Do you HAVE to kill him in 3 mins? or he despawns in 3 mins if he doesnt get aggro?

Have to kill in 3 min. Tried today with 1 group. Got adds away and rooted. Had him to 54% and he poofed on us.

Vesthon pops along with 8 mobs at the ent (which can be ignored as long as you don't go looking for trouble ><) and 3 zombies (who pop right beside him. All adds hit for 800 as does Vesthon himself in his original form of an erudite. The zombies that pop with vesthon can be kited, snare/rooted, and OT'd, take your pick, but all DPS must go to vesthon so he does not poof before transforming.
Now once Vesthon is low, around 15? percent (wasn't really watching), he changes into a bone dragon. In his new form, Vesthon hits for about 1300, has an ae ramp, and an ae. I did him tonight with 10 people (mostly GoD/Anguish gear) was np though I'd bring more for lesser geared people.

1.5 requires 2.0 - all the 1.5 are considered "part" of 2.0

Not quite accurate. It is 2.0 that 'requires' 1.5. You HAVE to finish 1.5 prior to getting the quest for 2.0.
Aside from that, your point may be true Vancouver, but I have yet to meet anyone who says they are working on their 2.0 epic while killing/questing to get their 1.5 first, which you HAVE to do prior to getting 2.0 (turns off repeat button). Also, since there is a reward at the end of 1.5, it makes sense to keep the events and quests related to each REWARD level (1.0. 1.5, 2.0) separate.

the drop off of this part of the 1.5 is not used until the 2.0
you must have finished this event to loot the container off of metala though.
