You cannot solo by FD'n and regening faster. Once u lose aggro, he depop's and repop's 6min later. Bring a Shaman. He's a punk when slowed.

This is incorrect. He will depsawn, but it takes a minute or two. You can FD when low health, pop a Celestial healing potion and be near full health before he despawns.
The fight can take a while doing this, just be sure not to wait more than a minute or so or else he will despawn. Use those healing potions and Mend as much as possible!
