Not sure if he summons as I couldnt get him low enough due to him being very MR. I could not get any spells to land on him and bairly got FD off to not die.

he pops after you talk to Egonis.. he pops on the 3 pop aviak island. He hits for 750 max but very slowly, he also rampages. He mostly casted
BACK on the Test Server 3 boxing or 6 boxing

I can't ever seem to find this guy...is he constantly being killed? Can someone provide a /loc on him ?

Did you do your turn in to Egonis? before you looked for him he spawns after that!! other wise you wont find him
