Any clue as to how many kills it takes to get faction up with this guy?

Was working faction and had a friend cast Imp form on me. Conned before heading to RCoD and was amiable. Came back later without the illusion and conned indifferent. Bah.. lower but now have a heads up for when I get closer.

How do you get faction up for this bloke?
Kill Noc, Ikaav, Kyv, Ukun...etc. Basically any yard trash in the OoW zones (i.e. WoS, DS, NC..). You want to just avoid the quest NPCs like this guy. Here's a link to the Dranik Loyalist's faction which will give plenty o' detail.
