Killed this mob today...only pets could engage. Once mob died it died in the zoneline. Was not able to loot because it kept kicking me back to the room (only level 76 so I don't meet requirements for Plane of War). Since the mob roots himself and dies right there, there is no point doing this quest until EQ fixes where the mob paths to (or moves back the Plane of War zoneline). Petitioned for piece, since I sent times of mob's death and the message I get when trying to loot the mob, along with a screenie of his corpse. Not sure what I'll get as far as help.. I'll keep all posted.

Can spawn a chest with additional loot after a magician at the right point in the epic 1.5 loots the Elemental Essence of Fire.

Just FYI, I got the essence after I petitioned (roughly 15 mins later, but it popped up on my cursor while I was petitioning).
