Fought him at +1084 -588 he was walking north. Easier then Gubblegrot Smashfist who I killed about 5 minutes before him; took him at 77 (with healer merc) with no HT/LT and fight lasted less then 60 seconds.

if you show up as some one else is killing him respawn is about 25 mins give or take
Easy fight with 2 71sk, 66rngr, 70shm and 70 bard. mostly slowable, tons of hit points, enrages. No real danger with the group. Very easy fight. just takes a wile to get his hp down. Spawns in Northern central part of SoNH.
He also drops "Long Sword" and "Round Shield" - the type the guards used to drop. Not that anybody kills this guy for these items...

Loc is around pos 300, neg 550. He wanders a smallish path around zone. Sit here a couple minutes, and he'll come to you.

Lvl before hail was 60, after was 65 or 66. 66 Pally tanked this one, max hit 1170. A bit slow to drop but we did it with 7 people. Pally had pop/oow gear.
