Handing in the Seeping Murkglider Fluid gives you the following faction:
+1 with Dranik Loyalists.
-1 with Overlord Mata Muram.

Seeping Murkglider Fluid is very rare, I killed around +80 Murkgliders and got only one.
(got bags full of other Murkglider stuff)

Since you only get a +1 with Dranik Loyalists you are much better off killing the Dragorn's .
There you get +1 with 3 different factions

Anyone know a faster way to raise faction with Dranik Loyalists?

Worth it?

Today I did an experiment and turned in 30 seeping murkglider fluids. I had killed about 50 mobs that + my dranik loyalist faction with no change. Glared at me threatningly. I then turned in my 30 vials of fluid and then Gorv "glared at me threatningly." I think these are equal to one kill of a regular faction granting mob. It would be easier and cheaper to just kill the ukun and noc in DS.

good luck

Wait, even if he glares threateningly you can still walk up to him, hail him, and do a turn in?

That is correct. Gorvoroth, as well as Nerask on the other side of Nobles Causeway on the Dranik Scar side, have not attacked me or anyone else that I am aware of even if they are scowling.. nor have I seen them assist other mobs.

Ok, after killing about 100 murkgliders I got a murkglider blood, used in tradeskills. This is not what Gorvoroth wants. He will give it back to you. What he wants is:

Seeping Murkglider Fluid
Wt: 0.1 Size: Small
Class: All
Race: All

The one I got was from a murkglider stalker.
I handed him one and received this text:
The dragorn takes the blood from you. 'Thank you, Aroara. This should keep the murkgliders at bay for a while. Let me know if you recover any more.'
Your faction standing with Dranik Loyalists got better.
Your faction standing with Overlord Mata Muram got worse.

My faction is still threatening. I am curious if the dialoge changes as faction goes up.

I found the Fluid on a merchant, presumably sold there by another player. Merchant charges 220.499 pp for a fluid, and buys it back for 100pp. One hopes that's a really significant faction hit, otherwise I suspect most people will be selling the fluid for cash.

I turned in the one that I bought. I got the same dialogs as already reported here. My Dranik Loyalist faction went from Glares to Glares... so no idea if it was a big step or not.

I have handed in 2 separately and 4 at a time... after handing in those six I am still at threateningly. The rest of the dialoge implied possibly warding off some murkgliders. After I did the turn ins I checked track to see if some possibly despawned. I didn't notice a difference if there was one.

This is the text he gave me when I hailed him. (Glared threateningly)...
The dragorn bows as you approach. 'Greetings. I know not of your heritage or family, but I beseech you none-the-less. My farms are being overrun by roving murkgliders. Too many dragorn warriors have been slain or conscripted by the Muramites and now there's no one left to defend us forgotten serfs. I beg of you, spare my life and slay as many murkgliders as you can. Bring me their blood for its scent will ward off the rest of the hive. Please help. The Muramites have forgotten us.'...
I have been killing the murkgliders for a few days and haven't come across one murkglider blood.
