Wow, bring food when after this guy, it's a long hike.
If you look at the SE corner of the zone he's in the 3rd circle room up from the bottom. Lots of see invis on the last half of the trip as you hit the long straight corridor and from then on. Several little side cubicles on this trip hold mobs that will agro when you run past so be prepared.
You hike past riftseekers to get here.
I just got here and just the ph is up. Standard configuation, ph in the middle and two mobs on each side. They usually all summon. The corridor outside seems free from roamers, just one at the far end (discordling taskfiend) and no one guarding the room entrance. There is a roamer (a huvul strategist)that will roam to that mob at the far end of the hallway.
I planted myself close to the door and got agro so be careful when looking in the doorway not to get too close.
The mobs in the room are always lightning warriors

Where does he spawn? I never see him on track...
the circle next to projection of realms aprox -4178 , -1836

shows red on track to a 70 ranger, so level 73ish
