Yeah, she's Southwest of Ssraeshza Temple(probably spelled it wrong, but you know what I mean!), laying on the ground. Scowls in wood elf form and Form of the Howler. She's a dark elf in plate armor - and as pblumeberg said, when hailed,"Scout Tovi sputters and coughs up blood." She has two "a Shissar Revenant" laying down on the ground by her, they are untargetable and non-aggro - they didn't aggro me when I walked up to hail her anyways.

She scowls to a wood elf ranger. When hailed, she sputters and coughs up blood. She's collapsed over on her side, just SW of Ssra's Temple if anyone's looking for her.
