this guy spawns in the NW side of the zone in the 'castle' area behind the bridge keeper. cons indiff and once hailed says something to the effect "your not a zerker, ***** off". easy way to get to him is go though the tunnle to the castle not the bridge. the tunnle is to the right once entering from the port in off the pile of stones.
