Tracked him just west of the middle of the zone in. He was moving when I got to him.
these are for the scarecrow illusion mask. and they drop them everytime. when the rogue the Shakey's Noggin zones into the corresponding zone, the wisp will spawn in the center of the zone and proceed to move north than moves in a circular motion. these run at selo's speed and occassionally stop for a few secs
No Rumor about it. This is one of five Wisps needed for the Rogue & Bard Mask of Horror. All are Bard soloable as only Bards can do but its good to have a healer for drive by heals or HoT's, and an Enchanter for Runes just to be safe.

Posted: Jan 11 2005 at 8:00 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Guise of Honor is the scarecrow illusion HELM not mask. The wisp quad outrun highest mod + aa bard running straight. They only remain up a few mins when u zone in holding trigger item and wander around then despawn most gone in 5mins and they are hard to find near impossible. The only people i know to have got the illusion items are those who use showEQ. All are soloable but the one in befallen. The others being in NK, SONH, stonebrunt, and PoGrowth. NK is very hard to solo also. Like i said they quad hard around 1200s and outrun u so u have to know the tricks to solo them which any good bard who would try to solo them should know.
Possibly for a rumoured Illusion:Scarecrow Mask. This is hinted at from the Rogue Epic as a sidequest, an npc in the Karanas is asking for five types of Lightstones and a scarecrow head (by-product of epic.) If anyone downs this thing, might be useful to know whether it does indeed drop a lightstone.

Has anyone killed this or any of the other new OoW level 70 wisps yet? I am interested to know if they drop anything that might be used in one of the new epic 1.5 quests.
This mob appeared after the OoW patch. It is untrackable by my 61 ranger. Moves at almost sow speed. Conned indifferent and did not respond to hails.
