He spawns in the second room to the right in the back right corner.

From ZI - Turn Right, then Left, the Right again.
Even though he summons, snares, dots, and hits for 400, my gimpy 68 druid managed to solo him. He's rather easy.

Camped him yesterday quite a while and he was always Lvl 57, not 65.
Sometimes he did summon, sometimes not. No idea why tho...
In like 4 hours of camping his room he dropped 2 boots and 1 BP for us.

Kill this guy yesterday about 5-6 times. From what it seems from the spawn rate yesterday this guy spawns twice in a row then doesn't spawn then spawns twice in a row again.not sure if that's how it is or just what he felt like doing for us lol. Has a AE posion spell not sure on HP a tick but it's not very much I'd say maybe like 500 total as an estimate can't remember the name for the life of me though. Boots he drop seem like the common drop we got those every but one time BP is the rare one don't know if there's a 3rd loot on his table. He only drops one or the other and that's all nothing else just BP or Boots whichever you happen to get

Camped him today. Cleared the room 5 times, no pop. Had plenty of time to pull extras to kill during downtime. Can easily break into room and keep broken with Necro, Cleric and Shammy.

killed him there bout 3-4 times, never dropped those boots, but a pretty nice BP, dont have stats here..
