I did this last night with tje help of a 95 rogue, i will also say, be careful with Backstab it drops the leech without spawning the dragon.
Does anyone have a spawn timer for this?

careful with headshot, it kills the mob without spawning the dragon and it seems to be on a different timer than the other mobs in the zone.

Since no one has bothered to post any usual information after all these years, I thought I would add the location of this mob.
It is located at pos 605, neg 1886.
This location is directly north of the froglok city and directly west of the entrance to Trak's Teeth.

Was bored after turning in my key for my shaman so I killed this thing. I seem to recall not getting it down all the way, got it to something like 35% and the dragon spawned.. was fun though... shammy kiting. Casted on the dragon, knowing I would die... pretty sure it killed me with 1 AOE and 1 melee round, then popped Vet AA rez and everything was better
Casts ae that eats buffs every 5 seconds and stuns. For 100% risist u need over 500. Those with 300 + got hit every 5 sec. Those with 400+ got hit 2/3 times during fight.
U cannot avoid ae as its range is over 200 all u can do is get risists up high enough. Then its easy

Was there killing uulump for the druid epic and decided to try him to. We killed him easy but a swamp dragon spawned on his death which first conned indiferent to the raid and then wiped us when we attacked it. Had a poisen based ae breath weapon and clawed for 1500 to a 62 ranger

Just tried to take this thing with two lvl 65 necros he conned indiff before we attacked him to. had around 800+ dmg a tick just from me on him and only got him down to 90% we also where not able to slow him hope this info helps someone out good luck -Ravey Stormhammer
