He is killed for the SK 1.5 Epic. He can hit hard, but slowable. He is immune to root and snare.

DPS is spikey, he will quad, but slow. Solid group can take him easily.

As of 10/15/06, This mob is capable of being snared by a berserker (using Leg Strike). Maybe it's just spell-cast snares?
