dropped on vazaelle tonight and of course my dice suck bad :( here is the link __ have sent a screenshot for posting if it is needed ___
according to group members who have been hunting here since the official release of oow ___ this must be very rare as this was the first spotting of this item for any of us ___ maybe itll drop one day for me too loot =/ seems to be another Random_TrashMob_01 kinda drop ___

Balance of Nihil usually lands fine on these. Lightning warriors definately have higher resists and need to be debuffed prior to slow.

The Huvul type creatures seem to have a much higher magic resist than the rest of the mobs in Proving Ground. I had a difficult time getting slow to land even after tashing them. Would usually have to give it a couple tries to get it to land. Even then it was mitigated.
