The exact location of Zazbaba Helsoth is in Innothule Swamp on the left as you zone in from The Feerrott at -1001.22, 1694.79, -29.00. I know that she is involved in the Task of Checkmate that you receive in Kaladim from the Task Master (The gaurd on the right side tower when you zone in from Butcherblock. Hope this helps.

Well actually, I found him in Innothule Swamp, just outside of the zone leading to Feerot.
